It says they are open for the posted hours online. Can confirm they are definitely NOT open. I've called several times during their hours and they say they ate closed for appointments or telephone help.
This place is crap. All office hours posted anywhere are a lie. No one is ever there, and it seems to have been shut down for years now. If they're not going to even use the stupid building, the least they could do is tear it down and build something somewhat productive to society there.
After reading reviews I was nervous to go and ask for help regarding what I needed, but I was surprised. I was able to get the help I needed in a matter of minutes. Make sure to call and make an appointment before you go though. I was informed the hours are changing and the days open each were are changing too. Great news. It was a very good experience!
