Employees didn't know their own products, purchase process was slow, a few games didn't work, bumpers were broken on bowling and would have been nice to know before being assigned a lane with a 4 and 9 year old, bathrooms were in disrepair, not fully functional but have potential to be near and clean like in past visits. I had not been here in over a year and was not impressed this time.
This place really took a turn for the worst. I came hear a few years ago when they were new and it really was a great place. I went there last night for my friends bachelorette party and it feels like the place is falling apart. They have a lot of broken arcade games. All the staff seem to have no clue of what is going on and they care more about talking to their other co-workers than you. It really feels like you are at a high school with carless people. You would be better off going somewhere else to have fun!
Awesome family fun. Grandkids love the carousel, games, and we all enjoy bowling. One of the few indoor places with an area specifically for toddlers. Also a jungle gym for older kids uostairs. The food is delicious, and there is plenty to do until it is ready! Great having this nearby.
Despite high prices and extremely low tickets given out, I am giving four stars for management. The lovely young woman who manages the redemption area was a joy to work with. She provided top notch customer service, and made me feel like a valued customer.
So much to do here! So many great options for low prices. Really friendly staff! The ropes course and mini croquet are really fun. The Flowrider is awesome and you can sit in the hot tub. The only bad thing is the instructors don’t know what they are teaching.
