Dr. Hammond returns calls within hours of our voicemails. He even took time out from a golf game to look at the blackened tooth of our grandson!
I am always treated so kindly as if I am part of the family. We enjoy our association with everyone there. I even get treated to my favorite snack. Haha!!
Upon arrival at this office, I am always greeted by a friendly smiling staff member. I am then taken right back by my hygienist (Julie)to a very clean room to get my cleanings done. She is always happy and I enjoy very much talking with her during my appointment. She does an amazing job and is very professional. Dr. Hammond then will come in and look at my x-rays and tell me how we need to proceed. He is very professional as well and I trust his judgment implicitly. The things you can consistently expect from this office are professionalism, compassion , cleanliness, friendly staff, and always top of the line service. I never do online reviews but this office is easy to give a five star review to.
They are ALWAYS so polite and thoughtful. I love that Dr. Hammond goes over treatment options and does only what is needing to be done to prevent future problems. And they remember who I am every time I come in or call! The office is gorgeous and immaculate, and I love that they do service trips and donate to dental care for children in other countries. I know several dentists in the valley (I used to work in dentistry) and this practice does the best work and treats their patients so great. I refer everyone to them, for good reason.
For at least 45 years one of my biggest fears was going to the dentist. I have been a patient of Dr. Hammond's for some 10 years now and I almost look forward to my visits!

Dr. Hammond and his Staff are AMAZING and SPECTACULAR!!! Actually I could keep going on and on about them. Every time I go into their office, I feel like we are all one big family! They not only care about my dental health and take extra special care of that.... but they care about me as a person also. Dr. Hammond and Demri take as much time as I need to talk about my dental situation and make me feel like nothing could be as important as making me feel comfortable and anxiety free with whatever procedure I need. The whole staff is that way and I want to thank all of them for being so kind, caring, professional and just plain fantastic.
