The staff are just wonderful and very helpful. Always gonna use this location. Stays litty.
Utah County has TERRIBLE customer service in SO MANY stores. The UPS store is one of the few exceptions. Everyone that I have ever encountered there is very respectful, works with common sense, is kind and goes the extra mile. I am always so impressed!!
Kind of a weird location to get to, and parking kind of sucks but the girl working that helped me was really nice. She was super knowledgeable and helpful. Will probably come back since went here for my manager.
I first went to US postal to send an international package to Canada but they were horrid at helping me!! I walked out and went to UPS instead where they walked me through every step and got my package sent off. I wish I new the names of the employees because they had tremendous customer service! It was around noon on Friday! (Give that shift a raise).
Friendly, quick service. I was in and out of there in less than 60 seconds and the girl who kindly helped me out made it so easy for me to send my package.
