I was away from my dear mother during her last minutes since I live in another country. I have thought that of all people this service would be kind and considerate. Little did I know I was awfully mistaken. My mother was cremated without my knowledge regardless of the emails I sent to this business.
I am most devastated with the service provided by this company.
No only that but she has been shipped like a package and not even the correct tracking number was given to me. My emails have been ignored. And I do not know when my mother’s remains will arrive. Once again regardless of the emails I sent asking about the process BEFORE any shipment was made.
I am not sure with what kind of people I am dealing with but for sure are cold hearted ones. I will not give up on this matter of making it public the way you treated me mother and I.
