The store is much smaller than other AtHome locations but amazingly the same amount of merchandise to the detriment of organization in the store. It's amazing that their staff manages to keep most aisles clean. The overstocking of some areas makes it difficult to see all the products.
This is my favorite store hands down for anything in home decor. The prices are great! I could spend hours in this store. There is always something new to find.
This store has lots of amazing things to buy but Customer Service is very Poor.There always seems to be only a few people working and you can never find them. The phone is always busy, as is the manager. They are not very friendly, or helpful in you locating what you need at another store. Coupons are a one time use even if you exchange.
Nice selection of holiday and home decor. Store is usually well cleaned. Prices are generally good and affordable.
Went to At Home in Provo tonight. So much stuff. After walking around for about 2 hours I had only seen one employee in back. Went to register to checkout and no one was there. I called for assistance and nobody come to check me out. After 10 mins of standing there I just left my cart by the register and left. I had over $200 dollars of stuff in my cart. Would have been so easy to walk out with everything. Guess this business does not really want my money.
