I have had my suits cleaned here several times. They are always cleaned and pressed very nicely and by the time promised. The prices are also very reasonable.

We had an excellent experience with the BYU Laundry! We needed a rush job on pressing tablecloths for a wedding and they were willing to take it on when no other shop was able to (we called six others). They were even able to get it done earlier than we had originally planned for! Thank you!
They do a great job however, they never tell me when it will come back and every time I have been and asked they give me a "it could be Friday or it could be Monday maybe even Tuesday" the last two times they called me to tell me it was ready and when I arrived they sent me home saying it wasn't. I try to support it but its like their football team. over promise under deliver
Fairly unimpressed. Good prices and facilities, but the service has issues. It took four days just to clean three white shirts, and then they sent them to the MTC for some reason, meaning I had to wait another day to pick them up while they got them back. They have also lost some of my brother's items. And attached is the picture of the service that greeted my wife when she walked in to pick up my shirts.
