Matt was quick and thorough with my child custody and support issues. He responded quickly every time I needed help or had a question.
Matt Brimley is the worst attorney I have ever met. He is a bumbling idiot in court. Unprepared. didn't know any of the details of my case. Took my money and seldom replied to an email or phone call. The guy is a scam artist. -0 rating if there is such a thing.
I personally will not go back to Matt. He rarely reached out to me so I had to call once a month to see where we were. He would wait until I called for an update to tell me he already has new back just didn't let me know. He didn't help fight for our marriage debt to equally divided. He also didn't come up with the child custody schedule. I would tell him what I wanted and he'd just be the middle man to type it up and send over. When we would get a response from my ex husband's attorney he wouldn't help share what was changed just told me to let him know if we agreed or not. If you have an easy case I'm sure he'd do fine, and isn't too expensive. But if it gets a little sticky I wouldn't recommend. I know am trying to find another attorney to help me revise the decree because the custody schedule doesn't help me.
I will use Matt if I ever have legal issues again. I highly recommend him.
