Craig, Allen and Dave came to move things from a storage unit to a basement. They were very efficient and punctual, never complaining about some pieces that were really heavy. Everything was moved and remained in excellent condition. I couldn't be more pleased. I hope I never have to move again, but if I did I would not hesitate to call these gentlemen.
I do not typical wright reviews however this was the most unproffessional company I have ever delt with. After the original estimate that was not accurate, they made an appointment for a estimator to come out for an accurate quote. No one showed up. Hours later I got a call from someone who had no idea where my town was even located. And they changed the price over the phone 3 times without even looking at my home, dropping it each time to try and save a sale. I highly advise against even calling this company for anything let alone moving your personal effects. I wish I could give them no stars.
Our experience with All My Sons was equally frustrating and infuriating. Our company had scheduled an office move with them well in advance, but when it came time for our scheduled slot, there were missing with no word about running late. We contacted them and was told their morning move was running longer than expected and gave us another time slot around midday. The time came and went with no movers AND no notice whatsoever. Again, we contacted them and was told they'd arrive at 4:30pm, near the end of our work day and about six hours later than originally scheduled! 4:30 came around and NOTHING. Contacted them AGAIN, and was told they could fit us in 9am the following day. Ok, how is this ok? But we give them the benefit of the doubt....maybe it was just a crazy day and a fluke, right? Nope. Mind you, we need to vacate our current office as our lease is up! Fast forward to 9am today and still NO FREAKING MOVERS. Called them again and they were confused about the time cuz they were looking at our schedule from the day before! They then said they're on their way and would get here by 11am. They finally show up with two movers (we had been promised 4 movers for 2 hours); they then leave to get a new team and told us they'd be back by 12:30pm. Surely they'll come this time, I mean 6th time's the charm, yeah? Nope. Call them again and they are delayed on a move up in Lehi and can't commit to a time slot for us. WHAT THE HELL??? Fired them on the spot and hired a new company for tomorrow. This is completely unprofessional and inconsiderate beyond words. Our work has been stalled so many times in just two small days and will be stalled once again when we finally do move. I will go out of my way to keep others from having this experience. AVOID ALL MY SONS MOVING AT ALL COSTS!
I wish I could give 0 stars. The process was ridiculous and I didn't even get to the moving part. I made an appointment for a quote but got at least 10 more phone calls, texts, and emails of them trying to make an appointment to get a quote. After 2 days of this, I called them and told them not to call me anymore because it was getting outrageous. I was told I had multiple accounts in there system (though I only made 1 online) and that was the problem. When it came to my appointment for the quote. no one showed up, so I called them. I was told the appointment was never actually set. There was no apologies and when I said I was going to take my business elsewhere, they hung up on me. No "sorry" or "let us make this right. before you do that" Very disappointing and they lost a permanent customer.
Worst experience ever I was lied to from the beginning, I was told 150 hr labor an 45 min drive time all else included like wrap, first it's 159 an hr plus hourly for the workers, the travel time 45 min both ways plus a gas fee on top of that that wasn't inclueded, then was told packing used blankets tape was included ,no I was charged for every roll of tape plastic wrap an a charge for blanket use, plus my 100 deposit, in all was told for 3 hrs 450, I was charged 836 not to mention how my furniture was handled an flipped around, my bed was dragged on the ground, an my couch now has a rip in the corner of the leather, I was lied to over charged an my stuff wasn't treated well, was glad when they left, was even told by their own workers they screw people a lot ,an told me they tell people all the time its cheaper to rent a uhaul for the day an hire Labour's, this was told to me bu their own worker's, the fees are not fully explain at all they lie about them on the beginning an then add at the end, this company is horrible ,if I ever have to move again I will hire a labor crew an rent a uhaul as their workers told me too, If I would have known this ahead of time I would have fired them on the spot, very mad customer never again worst company of liars.
