The UTA system whenever I've had to use it and have had questions about routing and have tried to ask a UTA employee they've always been very rude and discourteous. The fares are way too high and you have to buy two or three different kinds of passes it seems like just to get where you're going. I have found that I can get where I'm going faster buy my car then having to transfer three or four times from rail to bus. They seem to have this way of putting Prophets ahead of the people they're supposed to be serving and helping. If you're going to be a representative of this large organization you should know your area so that if a visitor from out of state or country comes to visit you can say you need to take this bus or train to hear to get where you're going because a lot of times when I've had questions it's usually been after the customer service center has closed
Connecting bus left a full minute early from the scheduled time, so we sat for about 25 minutes in the cold for the next one. That kind of efficiency leaves a bad taste in the customer's mouth.
Nice and convenient travel coverage for our purposes, but, so far, employees have treated all questions as dumb questions. The curse of a government job (to quote Maude)?
