We have had a great experience working with Legend Real Estate. Great rent prices and friendly staff. Very quick response times for apartment problems. They promptly fixed the leaky faucet, clogged sink, and moldy carpet in our apartment.

I have never had the misfortune of dealing with a company as terrible as Legend Real Estate in any area of my life. Legend Real Estate knowingly and willingly uses illegal housing practices. The manager is rude, unhelpful, deceitful and malicious. She will blatantly lie about anything and everything she ever communicates to you either on the phone, written or email. Legend Real Estate is greedy and has absolutely zero concern for their tenants and will try to screw you out of everything without a second thought of how it effects an actual person and their life, Legend Real Estate is only concerned about how much they can profit from preying on you. Sure, they might reply to this review and "have no record of me", but I can't stress this enough, I was a victim of Legend Real Estate. If at all possible, live anywhere else besides one of their properties. I was allowed to move into a dirty property, the excuse I was given was "oops, I guess it wasn't checked good enough, sorry." but have no doubt, Legend Real Estate is quick to find every flaw and blame you for it when they want something.

I would recommend Legend Real Estate to anybody! I needed to move in last moment last year, and they were personal in helping me navigate paperwork and contracts. They have made themselves available whenever we needed them- addressing parking issues caused by other tenants, a maintenance repair over a weekend, and various contract questions. Its important to me that a line of communication is present from whomever I rent, and they have definitely kept it open. Like anything else, you get what you put into it. If you go in with an entitled attitude and don't communicate, then life sucks. If you're respectful and communicate when there's a problem, you keep your friends.
