Clean, cozy, and yummy food. Not to mention their addictive rootbeer! Super pleased
This is one of my only one star reviews. First time ever at an A&W. It all came down to food. It was just bad. I can't say it was anything specific, just no good tasting. It wasn't disgusting, just not good. I don't think we even finished it. I don't know if its normal or just our experience. We wouldn't recommend it.

How do you run out of french fries at lunch time? After I was told my combo could be replaced with one of the sides, I asked for onion rings. "Okay but that would be an up charge from the fries." Hmmm..upcharge from the fries you didn't have in the first place. Wow, A & W you need to train your staff on better customer service when it is your issue you can't complete your order.
