It's the closest to my house, but I only go there when I need to quickly get something I have missed on my list. It is old and so it feels kind of dirty despite their best efforts to clean it. The people are nice. But it's nothing to write your grandma about.
Fresh Market has good prices and a good selection. They have good hours as well, being open until midnight. They are located near the exit, and on Center Street, so convenient to get to. However, it is in a terrible part of town. I would recommend them if you happen to nearby, live nearby, or if it's 1130 and you really need some groceries. Otherwise, it's probably not worth having to deal with the drug element.
There are never enough people working, the store always looks like a mess. It seems as though the employees just don't care. I would rather drive much further to feel more comfortable shopping.
The sales associates here are nice and helpful, and their produce and meat are fresh. The shelves are very rarely empty of product. However, the everyday prices here tend to be on the upper end of the scale compared to the other grocery stores in town. Their sales ad is where you can save money. I only shop here occasionally because it's the closest store for last minute necessities, and even then I try to find stuff on sale if possible. I miss the Albertsons that it used to be. That was a good place to shop. It's just not the same any more.
I enjoy shopping in a supermarket that's not crowded, so I enjoy it here. The employees have always helped me with my strange questions, the pricing on products is good, and they always have fresh produce. It's a nice location from where I live too.
