I think it is the best gluten free bakery!!! It is amazing! The Coustomer service is amazing as well if you have a question about any products you can call them and they will talk to you before you make your order if you have to order on line
Found your product at Harmon's and love the convenience of finding it at a store. It was the sour dough bread and look forward to more of your products showing up at sores. Great product and appreciate all you do for the gluten free and dairy free people.
Recently HAD to go Gluten free and I love sourdough bread. The shipment arrived early. When I opened the box and I smelled the fragrance of sourdough I knew it was going to be good and it was. My wife who has been gluten free for 7 years due to Celiacs absolutely loved it. I would definitely recommend them and I will be a repeat customer I will also try their other products.
Customer Service has gone downhill. When New Grains started their customer service was outstanding - the customer was important. Not now. Expect to be blamed for any issues that come up - don't expect them to make sure you as the customer are happy. When you pay $9 for a loaf of bread you should be able to expect the company to care that it gets to you in a timely fashion- especially when you are promoting and recommending them. Really sorry to see this change.
I am not a gluten free kind of person. However, I have has the chance to try their cookies. I could hardly tell they are gluten free.
