The customer service at Outdoors Unlimited was so great! They went the extra mile to help me and my daughter with her bike. The prices were so reasonable and they were quick to help us. I'll definitely be returning.

This is both a store and rental agency. The store sells bikes and equipment. The rental agency is amazing. The people were friendly, helpful and engaging with both myself and the children I was with. The prices seemed reasonable.
Not very willing to help you. very put out over any questions. not a fun experience. They treat you like you should know all their prices, and times... Most of the time I get crusty people on the phone....
Really like having this nearby in Provo. You can rent a lot of gear for whatever outdoor activities you can do in Utah. They have lots of bike accessories available for purchase also. Employee turnover is pretty high because it's run by BYU students so service can be inconsistent but it isn't too bad.
Great service, friendly staff! Great products. Had a little problem with the website. But got everything sorted out over the phone. Highly recommend!
