I had a parking ticket and the lady was very rude. I called with questions and she kept interrupting thinking she knew what I was going/trying to say. Provo should be ashamed of the quality of their workers in a legal setting.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Ashley (5 stars for her handling of the situation alone) on the phone and was very well taken care of. Appreciate the warmth and willingness to help.
I understand the need to be very stern and serious working here but really ladies don't be rude. Every time I've called in the ladies that answer the phone are so rude, however I did get one lady that was actually very nice and she took the time to answer my simple questions. Just be nice because most of us aren't calling in to pick a fight with you, you know more than we do about this stuff so just answer our questions even if you think it's simple.
