Dr Frazier has helped me with different hand issues over the last eight years. He has been very helpful and I don't remember any time that I have had a long wait in the office. He treats people well, listens well, and pays close attention to detail. I recommend him to friends and family because I do feel that confident in his work.
When you go in and see dr. Frazier he is such a relaxed and calm young man. He is so professional and put you right at ease. His bedside manner is excellent. Very professional and accurate. I'm an older guy at 65 years old and play baseball and was really concerned about the future use of my thumbs and his professionalism and helping me extend my hobby of baseball is something that has a tremendous value to me. As a matter of fact I'm going to have my other hand done in the future. I have total confidence in dr. Shane Frazier.
The doctors and support people have been very professional and have kept me informed of everything I could expect. They were very helpful in all my needs from surgery to recovery. They gave me all the information you would need and offered solutions for what may happen next.
The staff was very nice. Kylie, Dr. Frazier assistant was very helpful, and efficient with getting all my pre surgery paperwork in for my leave from work, also others in office were happy to help to answer any questions I had when I called the office. Dr. Frazier did a good job with my surgery, I have had no major issues so far. It has been 13 days since surgery and just took stitches out today so time will tell when my feeling comes back to my hand how well it worked but I feel optimistic about it. I am most likely getting my right carpal done as well and Dr. Frazier will be my choice for it. My only complaints would be they are very busy and availability might be set out a while to be seen, but that must be because of being a reportable Dr.
