Set an appointment a few days in advance. They asked me to come early but I was only able to come exactly on the time of my appointment. They got me through quickly ran the tests they needed. I am a big fan of Dr. Wallentine. He explained what was going on super well. This and his actions showed to me he is sincerely concerned about my condition.
His office was completely unable to figure out my insurance, even when I contacted my insurance with them, on my phone, in their office. After being told they would be able to place my order, I left. A week later, Dr. Donaldson called me and told me that "My insurance says I don't exist in their system" and they could not order my contacts. He barely let me speak and had to have the last word when I tried to explain my frustrations with his office. Insufferable.
Dreadful. The first time I went, I waited an hour AFTER my appointment, then they took me back, dilated my eyes, and sent me back out to the waiting room for another 45 minutes! The doctor was impossible. He didn't listen to anything I said and made a point of talking over me.
