Derek did a great job! He was very professional and timely. His mobile approach (i.e. he comes to you), was much more appealing than waiting until next week when the first available slot opened up at the nearest installation shop. Plus he charged about $30 less!

I had a Pioneer stereo installed on about May 19th as well. Everything was great for a week, then my battery went dead. I also noticed a humming from the speakers. Something is wrong with his install and Derek Whitney will not return my calls, or emails. I am reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. My car is dead and he won't fix it. Do NOT use this guy he will screw you if something goes wrong. He claims to warranty his stuff, but he lies!! If you see an ad on KSL or anywhere, do not call him. He will screw you big time.
Attention to detail was excellent. Installation of DVD player only took about 2 hours, and now it just looks awesome. I would recommend Decibels to anyone.
The install for our new stereo & alarm system seemed to go smoothly, but when one of the doors stopped opening & locking w/the alarm there was ZERO follow-up, even after repeated phone calls & emails. You get what you pay for I guess. I would gladly update or remove this review if we could get this resolved. I even have other work to be done, but . . .
