The people here are wonderful and very helpful. I'm a new college student and I needed a new phone. My parents live in Florida and the Sprint store called them and worked with them over the phone to help me get the best deal possible. The employees at this store are very knowledgeable and I will definitely come back here if I ever need help in the future.
DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY RUDE MANAGER (DUSTIN). HE GETS IN VERBALLY ABUSIVE CONVERATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS. STUFF ARE VERY DISHONEST IN GENERAL AND WILL SCREW YOU UP. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE EVER.
Great customer service! We had gone to 3 other wireless companies stores prior to going into this location to check out Sprint services and ended up switching our provider to Sprint because of the fabulous customer service we received here. Lionel was absolutely amazing and took great care of us! He set us up with 5 lines all with new phones! We are so happy with how thorough and courteous he was. We will continue going here for all of our wireless needs!
I loved the manager here. This guy went above and beyond what i expected i went in to just get a payment plan for my iphone 5 but instead i left with a cheaper payment plan and better all around service with an iphone 7 this guy did everything in his possible power to get me discounts and ways to save money. I will definitely be coming back here again!!!
I went there today, Nov 3rd, 2017, at about 11:40 AM to see if there was another way to get Sprint Credit Union Cash Rewards. An associate at the Orem store directed me to LMCU app for that, but it kept crashing. The only associate at the Provo Mall location (there were no other customers) told me that I could go to a website instead of using an app which was correct. I want to thank him for that advice. However, when I asked if he could help me with the whole process right there, he said he was busy with an iPhone X display, but he could help me 30 minutes later. I was in a rush so I passed up on that offer. It's not too big of a deal, but it was clear for me where I stood on the priority list.
