I have never been treated so poorly. They quoted me wrong for flowers for my grandpa's grave. Instead of honoring the quoted price the girl managing- Tiffany rudely said she could take off $10 which wasn't close to how much extra I paid. She then told me that they could take it apart and I could start again. I will never ever go here or any other flower patch.

I love that they send a photo of the actual arrangement to make sure you approve. I called and asked for a change in color of a few of the flowers and was told, "No problem, that is why we send out the photo!' Then they sent me a photo of the new arrangement. I was very impressed! Great customer service!
