But! That didn't affect my experience at all. Long story short: my florist had a great personality, great creative skills and excellent customer service. If I need flowers again I'll be coming back.
I had a great experience at this place. I walked in knowing nothing about what I wanted, but after giving the florist a short description of the situation and the intended recipient, she had great ideas about what to do. (Her name is Katie and she should get a raise.) She was also very sensitive about my budget, and she actually stayed past closing time to make sure my bouquet was just right! She made something beautiful and unique for my small, college student budget. She even gave me a discount—and not only that, but she didn't even tell me until I asked about it! Most stores are very eager to let you know exactly how much money you saved, but she was doing it because she actually cared.
Jane was very accommodating and added some extra flowers that she didn't charge me for--just to make the most beautiful arrangement possible.
I have used Foxglove for all the special occasions that call for flowers. Every time I call, I explain what my wife likes and leave the rest to them. Their ingenuity in creating beautiful arrangements is incredible. Every time I bring home, (or have delivered) flowers for my wife, she is absolutely head over heels for them. They listen and ask questions about colors and types of flowers. Courtney, the owner, has been very helpful and excited to help me make a wonderful bouquet for my wife. Thanks Foxglove! I am INSANELY HAPPY with Foxglove Flowers in Provo. I can't imagine going to any other floral shop. They did the flowers for my sister-in-law's funeral and they were GORGEOUS. I stopped by this morning hoping they'd have time to make an arrangement for a birthday party this afternoon, and I left with the most beautiful arrangement I could have imagined! Their flower selection and their artistic style is just top notch.
I know nothing of flowers and so whenever I need a nice surprise, I come here. I give them my modest budget and they always seem to create the most beautiful bouquets both full and colorful. This place is much better than the BYU Floral or anywhere at all in Provo. The best flower shop in Provo.

The only downside I could see about this place is that it was pretty small, and didn't have the overwhelmingly large selection you might find at a larger, more expensive store.
