This was my first trip to Provo and I was greeted by very friendly staff at reception. I was given a room on the 3rd floor at the rear of the block , so I had a lovely view of the mountains. The room is very spacious with modern , clean office desk and ergonomic chair. The bed is firm and the heating is excellent.
Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice rooms-clean and no frills but comfortable. Good location close to BYU and downtown Provo.
The entryway was spacious and perfectly attuned to catching up with friends and family. The staff were absolutely courteous and helpful. I can't wait to stay here again
The front desk guy seems to know what he’s doing. Seriously.
This place is great. Nice room and even more friendly staff. Taylor and Killie were the best with customer service. They defiantly made my stay more comfortable. If it wasn't for them it would have been a normal stay. Killie was new but it seemed like she work here for years. Great job all around they should get a raise
Overall, 5 stars. His good looks are only second to his incredible work ethic.
