Never open when I go there now that AMC bought it, there Night showing start at 4 or 5, no more 7pm or 10pm showings which is stupid. I’ve gone varies times a day (early afternoon-mid afternoons) only for them to not even be open. Why would you have a theater that’s never open? 0 stars

I liked it more as Wynnsong, before AMC bought it. It seems you have to be part of AMC's rewards program in order for any decent prices. The theater is okay, but as some other reviewers have said, it feels like it's on its way out. It seems stuck in time a bit, and they're the only local theater I know of that doesn't do $5 Tuesdays.

It's my second favorite local theatre, next to the Orem Scera. The AMC is Set in a nice area and has just as good quality as any of the other giant theatres.

This place is a dumpster fire. Bathrooms are dirty, tables in the entry haven't been cleaned, and neither of the only two fountain drink dispensers they have work, so no drinks because for some reason they don't have bottles (except for EXTREMELY overpriced water and tea). Not sure what's wrong but I've been to this theater many times over the last few years and it's never been this bad. Whoever the new manager is really sucks at his/her job.

We had a really bad experience at this theater. It was very hot and they said they couldn't do anything about it. We were very uncomfortable. The movie didn't start at the appointed time so finally we went and asked them what was up. The disinterested employee told us that they had been having issues with that particular theater all day and started the movie. I was frustrated because all of the employees seemed to be standing around shooting the breeze and if this particular theater really had been having problems all day, shouldn't someone have been monitoring it? it seemed like most of the employees didn't have much else to do. Once the movie started the picture blinked off and we only had sound for several minutes so we again had to go and find an employee. They came and turned it back on but just let it run from where it was. We then had to go back and get them again to restart it so we could see what we missed while the picture was off. This really was the worst movie going experience we had ever had and the employees were very unprofessional. Because I'm an AMC Stubs member, I was randomly sent a survey about my experience. I recounted the whole story. Within a few days, I received a call from the theater's manager. He was very apologetic and assured me that he would work with his employees to ensure that this sort of thing didn't happen again. He told me he was going to send me some complimentary tickets and stuff to make up for the bad experience. It's been a month and a half and that stuff never arrived. I was going to forgo the bad Yelp review because this manager was proactive about reaching out but I've been trying to call for several days now to ask about the promised stuff and I'm unable to get through or leave a message. I don't live in UT and was just there dropping my kid off at school so I can't go to the theater to complain directly. I'd avoid this place. The employees there just don't seem to care. Movies are very expensive now and dealing with a place like this isn't worth the aggravation.
