One of my go-to places for Sunday afternoon picnics with the family and Saturday morning mountain bike rides. Even when it gets crowded, there's plenty of space for everyone to play. Mountain bike trails are tons of fun.
Really great place to camp if you just want to get away quick. Really pretty but people like to throw their trash everywhere.
I went to the park for a family reunion and then went back the following week to go mountain biking. The park is nice but gets a surprising amount of use for its location - it's way off the beaten path. The mountain biking/hiking trail is fun, but apparently used to be a lot more fun. The loop no longer seems to exist, and there's nothing to see at the top because the springs have been covered up. But it's a quick ride down - just watch out for people coming up.
Great glace to go for a mtb ride or a hike. Family friendly park and trail. You can go all the way to Cascade saddle from here.
