If it wasn't a homeless person gathering spot it would get five stars. It has a splash pad, a play ground that is fenced in, and a nice grassy area with some huge trees. They have the farmers market here on Saturdays and my wife and I go almost every week! It is a great park I just wish it was a tad cleaner and located not so close to heavy traffic.
Don't plan on using the bathroom here. They are absolutely ferrel. I'd rather use one of the pit toilets up the canyon.
It has a great park that is fenced in. Lots of grass for lounging or playing some less real estate taxing outdoor games. Plenty of trees for shade. Splash pad for the kids (never played, just seen).
Moral of the story, don't build a nice park in a run down/bad part of town because it becomes that which surrounds it.
This is a very well kept Park. They keep it clean. They water the vegetation well. The park itself is well-maintained. My daughter loved playing on it. It has seating for you to sit while your child plays. And we had a nice time going for a walk around the outside of the park as well. It is a beautiful Park.
Great park. Farmers markets on Saturdays with food vendors as well. Great place for the whole family.
It was nice when it was new. The splash pad is pretty nice, but it closes at 8 pm during the summer? That's pointless.
