I've never written a review of an apartment complex but the manager here was not quick to respond to issues nor did he really seem to care. I tried explaining to him multiple times an issue with the internet to no avail. Then after I left some mail was sent for me to the apartment and I emailed him letting him know that I had been trying to contact the current tenants and he didn't respond until the tenants had already gotten rid of my mail. Very disappointed. Very small apartment, not well maintained. Not a good place at all.
It's tiny and you won't have much personal space (or any other kind of space), but it's cheap and well-kept because they're good about cleaning checks and they care about the property. I spent 2.5 years here and management was great.
I lived here for two years. Was a little tight (three rooms with two beds in each. Not enough room for two separate beds, so they use bunk-beds). High turn-over but is very competitively priced. All utilities are paid for, including internet.
Surprisingly good management, this place is still owned by a relatively small firm. Had a few disagreements with the manager, Jeffrey, early on, but resolved them, and had a good experience here. Would definitely recommend to others, despite relatively small space, and possible mold problem (I had pretty bad allergies here that didn't carry with me to other places in Provo, not sure why).
Ask anyone living here: the management is phenomenal. They take care of you, period. You can rest assured you have a reasonable, reliable manager in Jeffery. The apartments are a bit small and not the nicest, but they are very low priced and very close to campus. Good people instinctively flock to this place like the salmon of the Capistrano. Really though. Lots of good people, great times, fantastic ward... could not have been happier with the year I stayed.
