We just barely realized what a great deal these apartments really are. We paid $800 a month. The closest apartments we've found since have been $1,000 plus.
I loved living at Wyview in 2008 and again in 2011. The atmosphere is fun, the apartments are fantastic. I remember when I moved in my freshman year, my dad said, "If my dorms had been this nice, I never would have left college!"
-super close laundromat, super cheap (about $1 total) if you use your student ID
-the office is open practically all the time (except Sunday)
-two bedrooms for the price of one
We love Wyview! We have lived here since 2015 and we wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The rooms are clean and the AC and heaters work very well! Included internet and all utilities except electricity.
The only drawbacks I can think of were that cleaning checks were kind of intense. Granted, if they weren't, the apartments wouldn't stay in as nice condition as they are. Also, at least when I was there, my ward was half RMs and half freshman women, which made for some weird interactions.

My husband and I have loved living here. Originally, we moved here thinking we'd continue the apartment search (given the flexibility of month-to-month rent). We ended up staying almost 2 years! We're sad to leave, and would've stayed longer if BYU would let us. Since we're both graduated, we can't stay any longer.
Best place I lived while going to BYU. Everyone there is serious about school without being prudish or stingy. The living experience was fantastic. You get a bus to campus twice an hour, and there is a small Creamery in the middle of the complex as well as a Church (so it's easy to get to Sunday meetings). In addition to the bus, BYU will give you a free student parking pass and free parking at Wyview. Rooms are a little cramped if you have a lot of things, and cleaning checks are hard, although they don't charge you for rechecks.
Only downsides:
It's impossible to find a better living arrangement than these beautiful, clean, spacious apartments. The area is well maintained and safe.
All in all, I recommend Wyview.
