We had an emergency visit for our cat, who was in a lot of pain. They were the only vet's in the area that made space for us to be seen. The Dr and technician were very kind, compassionate, and caring. Unfortunately our sweet cat didn't make it, but we are customer's for life with our other animals. The Dr took the time to discuss the medical condition that ultimately took our cats life, and graciously gave us materials to bring him home. Thank you for your empathy, care, and concern in our behalf. Would highly recommend!

I'm sorry guys. I won't be back. Ever. Common sense dictates that you wipe hair off an animal you shave and you never NEVER give a cat covered in urine back yo an owner who dropped him off to be groomed. Especially when the total for shots and grooming is $165. That's a lot of money. How about putting in some extra effort??

When I returned the next day, not only was the shave uneven, there was tons of dander and hair left laying on his coat (who doesn't rinse all that hair off a cat when done or at least wipe with a wet rag?) And he was also covered in urine.

I was promised that he was in his carrier with the door open in a big cage with a litter box. Okay, that's great, but I bring him in to be groomed and you give him back covered in urine?

I honestly don't know how to feel right now. We took our kitty in to have a grooming shave done to all his matted hair. He has always hated the buzzer so I agreed to let them sedate him to get the matted hair out.

3 year customer.... Lost.

I have taken my pets here for 10 years. The staff is professional but not stuffy and very courteous and sympathetic. I love it that the doctor always eased my dogs' anxiety by kneeling to the floor to examine them, and all have had a gentle touch. I trust them implicitly.

My sweet puppy had a bee sting on his lip and it swelled up a little. I was unable to get a hold of Park Animal Hospital over the phone, but when I walked in they were quick to see him and give him the help and love and attention he needed. The facility was clean, and the people were kind. I am grateful that I was able to find this place for my sweet little man!

And how do you shave unevenly on a cat that is sedated??

These doctors are amazing and so caring. We had an emergency last night and had to call in at 1 in the morning and the vet was nothing but patient and helpful. We have a 5 month old puppy, so as you can imagine we panicked a little bit. The vet said we would be okay to wait until opening and didn't even charge us for the call. We called right when they opened and they let us bring him in immediately and got him taken care of and feeling better. I am so thankful to their staff and doctors for being so kind, helpful and reassuring.
