Got off work early for my appointment and when I got there they turned me away saying I did not have an appointment there. I showed them my confirmation email with the date and time and they still refused to give me the service I signed up for. When I asked what happened all of the other supervisors left the desk as if they did not want to speak to me. Very very unprofessional. Sad too since I used to come here for deep conditionings and cuts quite regularly. Will not be coming again after this terrible service.

I don't treat myself often and finally made an appointment to get a hair cut. Megan was amazing and helped suggest ways to improve my hair and make it healthier. Such a great experience, they really take the time to get it right. Will definitely be back!

I would go here for things like deep conditions, but be very careful about the quality of colors and cuts. I got a balayage here and it took 5 hours then the result was completely messed up. They all knew it was messed up and they offered to fix it, but then when I had the "fixing appointment" a few days later I was there for 8 hours and had to pay them just as much for that appointment - I was only charged for the bowls of bleach they used but they put way too much bleach in my hair so I was charged a lot more money than I'd like. My hair ended up very dead and a lot more blonde than I'd ever wanted. As it grows out it's getting better in both aspects, though. All of the students I've dealt with there have been nice and understanding, but the overall way it's run it frustrating. I was so tired and hungry and sad after my long appointments there and it's frustrating that I had to pay for them to fix the mistake they obviously made on my hair. I talked to the boss and she refused to take away the charge for them fixing my hair, saying their business couldn't afford to do that...

Understandably it takes a bit longer than a normal salon but that's because they have an intense attention to detail making sure your happy with every aspect of your styling experience. My stylist Iris was always careful to be sure she was doing everything just right and I got an amazing new hairstyle. Recommended if you have the time to set aside

This was not only the worst hair salon I have ever been to, but the worst business I have ever been to in my entire life. To begin, the stylist showed up 45 minutes late for the appointment, and as she walks in she tries to complain and mumble about having an appointment right in front of me. The front desk receptionist then informed her that she should watch her mouth because I was her appointment and she had just said that in front of me. I was scheduled for a perm and the lady had not even the slightest clue of what she was doing. When the instructor told her which technique she would be using, the stylist made a face and the instructor literally had to say wipe that look off your face your standing in front of a client. She then wanted to place the rollers without even parting or wetting my hair, which is impossible. The instructors were not at all attentive of the struggle and did not help at all. It took her over an hour to place one single rod, which she then knocked out two seconds later. 1.5 hours after the appointment should have been over, which means I was there for three hours, and she only had four rods placed I finally had to say I was done and I would have it done another time. Then instead of being a apologetic to the client, the instructor only felt it necessary to let the stylist know she would shred the file so that no-one would ever see that on her record. It was the saddest excuse of a business that i have ever seen, and I would highly encourage a representative from Paul Mitchell to get down there and get things straightened out because for carrying such a big brand name, it was a horrific experience. I will never set foot in this salon again, neither will any of my family or friends.
