The old management was much better.
Standard Storage place. Nothing special, but nothing wrong.
Good staff, good storage, just wish it was a little shadier as the sun really heats up around here.
office was a little messy because of construction. their customer service though bend backwards to help us. We have to go out of state because of an internship, and even though their computer system will only let them reserve a unit for us for no longer than 14 days, but the manager was able to manually reserve a spot for us until we are ready to move in. She didn't want to charge us for the time we will not be using the unit, since the system they use prorate the month you move in. she was really friendly and very helpful in assisting us with our needs.
Great rate and customer service was quick to help us.
The staff is really not friendly at all. I let them know I was leaving and would have all my things removed before the beginning of the next month, and I had everything out as said, with picture proof since my friend helped me empty it. I have my lock sitting next to me, and I still received a bill for the following month. Now I'm about to receive another late bill for the second month that it has been empty. I called, and the staff I spoke with was not friendly at all, and said that my lock was still on the door. It is obviously not on the door since I have it with me. There were two doors, and one of the doors still has THEIR lock on it. This is so ridiculous. I have been with them for almost 4 years, paid in advance most times, and then instead of grandfathering in their existing customers to the price (which is still a little pricey), they bumped EVERYONE up an additional $20 per month, which is definitely no longer affordable. This is the reason why I removed all of my belongings from the storage unit in the first place.
