The price is right, but you can never get in contact with anyone. no one is ever in the office, even during office hours, and talking to someone on the phone is next to impossible. we are signed up for automatic withdrawal and when we went to access our stuff, we were locked out due to non-payment but no attempts have even been made on our account for 2 months! and of course, we cannot get a hold of anyone to fix it.
