We have had a storage unit here for over 6 months, and it has been a nightmare. They aren't open 24/7, the management is impossible to get ahold of and if you can, they don't know what they are talking about. I once called the general number, got ahold of a lady who when I asked to make a payment she said I had to call a different number about any information. I called that number and always got a voice-mail. The first time we made a payment they would only accept our debit card information and when we didn't see it go through the next few days, we went back and they had no idea what we were talking about. It turns out they put a STICKY NOTE of our credit card information on the computer and never did anything about it. I do not recommend this place. It's worth driving anywhere else to not be disappointed by their service.
This place is fantastic! Newer units, clean, and extremely affordable. They are straight forward and you don't have to negotiate prices. All the quotes I negotiated from other people (even though the first month was "free"), were still significantly more than what Slate Canyon had posted on their website. Super easy to deal with.
I've never written a review but this genuinely warrants one. This place was hands down the best! The owner was incredibly kind and gave us a unit for a discounted price since we will only need it for a week. Wonderful down to earth guy with a genuine heart. Hard to come buy people like this nowadays. Would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit.This will always be the place we go for our storage needs.
