I had made an appointment for a rental car two weeks early. When I got there they didn't have a car for me. I was asked to come back in two hours time, to see if they had any car's.
GREAT service, especially given how busy this location is. After we were involved in an accident, this branch and its leadership went out of their way to make sure we were put in an even better car. They gave us an awesome rate on top. Highly recommend.
They were great! Not only were we picked up but they brought the car to us so we didn't have to go back to the office to finish the paperwork. The paperwork was done over the phone. Very satisfied with the service that was rendered to me.
Very well taken care of. Enterprise had an unexpected difficulty of people returning their cars late and a number of us almost had to postpone our car pick-up till the next morning. Trevor, the assistant manager, however did a fine job in maintaining calm and did his best in managing the situation. He even offered to come in extra early the next day so that we could get our cars. As I was the second in line to pick up my car, I was lucky enough that 2 cars came in after 30 mins just before the office was to close. I did not have to postpone my plans but was still extended a 15% discount for the difficulties. Great job there Trevor!
Trevor was a great host. He greeted me with a smile and was courteous. He updated me with my spot in line, he posted me about availablilite and personally saw me off. He was very professional. I hope more people follow his style because it will greatly increase your customer reviews. The car was great and made the trip go without any issues.
It takes me one hour to drive to their lot from where I live, it would have been nice to have a car there waiting for me. I almost went to one of their competitors to get rental. Maybe next time I will.
