Do not go here! rented a car for a full 2 hours and paid the daily rate of $40 returned it and next thing we know we're getting a call saying we never returned the car... husband was on the phone with them, they said they would take care of it. Got a letter from them in the mail a month later saying we never returned the car. Husband tried calling and calling them sent them an email, heard nothing back. Just looked at my account and it says hertz charged us freaking $495. Now disputing that... will update how it goes
BEWARE. DON'T RENT from Hertz Provo Airport.Same complaint that other customer reported. We were wrongly accused of not returning rental car. We returned rental car on Sunday 8-27-17 and put key in designated lock box at airport since their office closed on Sunday. Hertz called us and claimed we didn't return car. We called and told them we returned car at designated time and Hertz said "don't worry about it." Now our credit card is charged $92/day for last 4 days. Office now "closed" for Labor Day, not available to resolve problem.
I returned a car (the economy car I reserved ended up being a cargo van, but that's a separate complaint) 8/26/17 and had the exact same experience as the two reviewers above. I've been trying to resolve the issue for a week and am getting nowhere. Can't get through to anyone in Provo and Hertz customer service tells me they'll take care of it but my credit card keeps getting charged as though I never returned the car. Worst car rental experience ever.
