I feel like they went above and beyond with fixing my car. They were super accommodating to my situation and worked on my car promptly and made sure it was done perfectly. They have great customer service everyone there was super nice. A rare thing to find, even in the service industry. If needed in the future I will be returning!
These guys are amazing! The owners are so personable and really care about their customers. I took my car to them to have the bumper patched up after I was rear-eneded. My car looks beautiful and they beat the quote of another highly-reviewed auto body shop in the area by several hundred dollars. I hope I don't have reason to visit an auto body shop again - but if I do, I'll absolutely go back to these guys!
I'm a car guy and I love my car so much to the point that it would give me the extreme anxiety leaving the car at a shop for one whole week. I was shopping around and getting multiple quotes and I'm so happy that I found "Auto Body Works & Collision Repair". The repair won't be happening until the end of the month but I have to give them a 5 star review now simply because they deserve it! For all the other body shops that I've been to, this is the only place that treated me very nicely and with respect. Stacy and Ray were both very polite, helpful, and patience with me. I'd never dealt with insurance company before so I was very confused in the process but Stacy has answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the repair. After all the communications back and forth with this shop, I'm now confident that they will do an amazing job repairing the damage on my car. Thank you Stacy and Ray again for your one of a kind customer service and hospitality.
