Last time they did a major fix on our car it made weird noises as we drove through the parking lot. We took it right back and they looked inside and some gravel had gotten inside so it was causing a weird sound. They fixed it quickly so it was ok.
These guys are always a pleasure to work with. Bob(?) and his wife are very kind and understanding people, and are true to the Honest 1 name. They've kept my car running well beyond the point it should have died. They even have a ride service to give you a lift if you gave them your only vehicle. They check in often with updates if your car has been in for a while, and will even chat with you about what more you can do to keep your car in good condition.
Now that is service deserving more than five stars. There just aren't any more stars offered. A friend of my son's wants to know where Honest 1 is located because he spoke so highly of them. I will always take my car that them. Their name fits them to the tee. They just need to add, greatest service ever!
I was recommended this place by a family friend. They do an phenomenal job, & their prices are fair. They are so kind and cordial, & very efficient. They offer a free shuttle service as well if you really need a ride somewhere after dropping your vehicle off. 10/10 recommend.
We always get great service here, my husband doesn’t trust anyone else. Because they’re so great it can take a while to get your car in sometimes.
My son was buying his first car so I brought it in to have it checked out. Not only was it checked out, Honest one went above and beyond. They checked out the car, the history of the car, then found out what this car was selling for in the state!
