I was very surprised with just how much effort Computune put into their business and customer satisfaction. I typically approach mechanics with a slightly bitter taste in my mouth, expecting them to lack social skills, lie, and upcharge me for things that don't actually need to be fixed. However, Computune definitely destroyed that stereotype with their phenomenal customer relations. Each employee I worked with not only helped me to have a great experience, and make sure I understood everything they were doing, but made a specific effort to reach out to me and ensure that all of my questions and concerns were resolved. They were clear in pricing, and even when the repair cost more than expected, I was only charged the quoted value. This is an honest, reliable, reputable, and customer-service oriented company. I would strongly recommend sending business here. They are affordable, kind, and a great company in general, truly looking out for each of their customers.
I took my Jeep Tj into the shop around 11:30 on a Friday morning because I had an issue with my starter/ignition system. By 3pm the same day they had diagnosed and fixed the issue, keeping me updated by phone the whole time. Exceptional service, very reasonable prices, and they stand behind their work. I will definitely be referring friends and would recommend computune to anyone.
Had an axle issue if you wouldn't know it right next the shop. Took it in, they were very skilled and professional and were able to turn it around overnight (after ordering the parts). Communication was great and customer followup was fantastic!
