We went back and they replaced it free of charge, ensuring this time around that it was solidly set in there. That was 2 or 3 years ago and I haven't an issue since. Great customer service and free ring cleaning too! I highly recommend.
They were very patient with my fiance in deciding the VERY particular Celtic design ring that she wanted. Very attentive and ended up making everyone happy with the end result! Absolutely! I would give them 4 and a half stars...
Far exceeded my expectations. Dave did a great job designing the ring, provided excellent service, and found me a fantastic diamond within my price range, all in a very timely manner. These guys were AMAZING to work with. When my husband and I got engaged, the prices of rings seemed so daunting, but we came here and they were able to help us find a reasonably priced ring that I was absolutely thrilled with. A few years after we got married, I swapped out my CZ for a ruby, and a few weeks after that, the ruby popped out, never to be seen again (to this day, I have no idea what happened to it and we never found it).
Custom Ring Design was able to give me a beautiful ring exactly how we wanted at half the cost of the some of the bigger jewelers. They have been great to work with, and had the ring done in 1/3 the time others would have. They have cleaned and polished on a regular basis as I've taken my ring in. I'd recommend them to anyone. :)
