If I could give this location zero stars I would. My husband and I bought an engagement ring and a wedding band at this location about 2 years ago and have had ENDLESS issues with them. We bought an engagement ring and and ordered a custom band to be made. They first of all shipped the engagement ring to my home WITHOUT asking and I was not happy about that. Second when we received the custom wedding band that cost several thousand, it looked like a child made it or I got it out of the vending machine at a gas station. It was terrible. We took it back and they thought the problem was that it wasnt sized correctly. They sent it back with the engagemnt ring to the same jewler to try to get it fixed and see if they could make it look more like the engagement ring. Since afterall we did spend thousands of dollars for the band alone. We got it back and it looked the same. Terrible. But this time we noticed that they damaged the engagement ring along with it. There was a huge dent and chunk taken out of it. NOT HAPPY! The manager at this location finally worked with us and she was GREAT! She was the only positive experience we have had. She worked with us to get the wedding band completely remade and a completely new engagement ring. It ended up looking great and were very happy with the end result. However, just this week we went to get the ring replated since we payed for the lifetime protection plan. We came to this same location. After the high school girl hepling us redid the paper work 3 times, we asked if we could get the ring shipped to us since we moved and didn't live near a location. She said that it would cost $50 just to ship it to us. So we left. We then took it to a Fred Meyers jeweler in St George and they told us it didn't cost ANYTHING to ship it. That they didn't know what this location was talking about. We went through the paper work to get the ring replated, finding out that when we bought the ring at this location, they never added the protection plan to the wedding band. Only the engagement ring!! We had gone for almost 2 years without knowing there was no protection on the wedding band. We had gotten the ring inspected several times and taken it in, but no one ever mentioned that there was no protection on the wedding band. So if a Dimond were to fall out, we would be out of luck. To even get the band replated, we had to either pay $40 for just the replating, or spend around an additional $150 to add the protection plan. After a total of about 2 years, we have never stopped having problems with location. The manager is great if you are lucky enough to actually work with her. However, all the other employees are either high school students or new college students. None of them know what they are doing. They are kind, however overall have TERRIBLE customer service skills. I will NEVER go this location again, nor will I ever recommend anyone to this location. Don't go. Learn from my experience. All it will cause you is lost time, money, trouble and frustration.
Super nice people and they had a great selection. Great care plan for the rings. I saw a lot of things and they all are of great quality, a lot of them look the same in that it's all the new trending styles, which is good and could be bad. But they can do most anything for you.
Jess and AJ were the ones to help us, and they REALLY made a good impression on us. We were there a little after 9 PM but they made us feel like we didn't need to rush and they just made our experience extremely comfortable and non-stressful!
Absolutely horrible experience. Micah and Caitlin were incredibly unhelpful, never called me back when they said they would, and didn't care about providing me good customer service, and kept giving me the runaround. I am completely stunned at how this company is still in business if they treat loyal customers this way. They didn't honor a lifetime warranty purchased, and don't understand sentimental value of jewelry.
Did a poor job repairing silver chain with lifetime care plan.
