Traveled 2.5 hours to have them size my ring, same day, in store. We live in Vernal and seven oaks sent my ring in 4 times, all coming back pretty much the same as the original size. Will forever do busniess with goldsmith! So happy with the service.
I got my husband's wedding band at Goldsmiths. Not only were they friendly and very helpful, they didn't just try to sell you the most expensive things and were very thoughtful with what you want. I will definitely be going there again. I love goldsmiths!
Wow!!! Excellent service..... I took in my wedding ring (which was not purchased there) to be repair and not only do they have an awesome on site jeweler (Jose), he had in done in less than 24 hrs!!!!! And he did an amazing job... Owner was also there and very kind and personable very helpful staff and not pushy to up sell services .....Thank you thank you

After getting an estimate on replacing the worn shank of my wedding set, i thought it wise to get a second estimate before committing to getting work done here. I went to Jareds and the price was the same, but the employees were not knowledgeable and proceeded to drop my ring on a hard floor and bang it around like it didn't matter. Needless to say, i couldn't get back to Goldsmith Co. fast enough! I don't think I'll ever go elsewhere again. They taught me a ton and were respectful of the intrinsic (and monetary) value of my ring. They did a flawless job replacing the shank. It looks way better than new. Absolutely incredible. They also had some really great looking gemstone jewelry, but i didn't look at prices or anything. Anyway, great experience and incredible customer service.
