Was told to be 15 minutes early to my 2:45 appointment. After waiting for ever, watching people who came after me go in before me, I asked how much longer. She said that they made a note to take me back at 3:30. An hour after the time I was told to be in! 3:30 came and passed.
The appointment wait time is ridiculous. Not to mention, the receptionists are all so loud and chatty. Laughing and telling stories about personal things. Not a good first impression.
Cannot get results in a timely manner! Very disappointed the last time I went.
These low reviews baffle me. I have had 4 MRI's, 1 CT scan and countless x-rays from the Revere Health Imaging Provo office in the last 2 months and every time they get me in after just a 5 min wait. They are always kind to me and responsive to any questions I have. My dr calls me usually within a couple hours of the imaging to tell me the results. I think those frustrated with the timing of the results need to complain to their dr who ordered imaging (and who will give them their results), not the imaging office themselves.
I'm really disappointed with the friendliness of the staff that assisted me with my ultra sound. She didn't say anything to my husband or myself and we sat there in complete silence till I asked if she could see the fetus.
Her response to my question was that she would send my results to my doctor and she will call me and go over what she sees. All of my previous ultra sounds by other techs made my husband and I feel welcomed and they talked to us. This was so ackward and uncomfortable I will never go back there for anything. I would rather travel to a different city then go there again.
