It is hard enough to go through physical therapy but, to not have anything said to encourage you. We couldn't get a different physical therapist quick enough.
I wasn't impressed. Particularly with the fact that I didn't find out my insurance wasn't covering my visits until I had been about 6-8 times. That wasn't very cheap. Therapists were friendly.
I liked it. They were friendly, not over bearing and straight to the point!
