Not a good experience the first time. I was immediately sent to Xray before even being examined. The nurse doing the x-rays was corse and very rough. I was bawling I hurt so much. I knew ahead of time that I needed am MRI. When I did finally see the Doctor, it was a PA-C. Not who I was scheduled to see. And all he said was I needed the MRI. And then told me he didn't do the job I needed so he referred me to another surgeon at the office. Big waste of time and money. I hope seeing this new doctor will change the way I have rated them.
Dr. Robert Jackson, his assistants and the other medical staff are top notch. I have had three knee surgeries this year, and each surgery has been a great experience due to the support and knowledge given to me by everyone. I totally recommend Dr. Jackson, as well as the other medical staff at Central Utah Orthopedics!
