Super good sandwiches!
They have my favorite bread out of all the sandwich places, the cheddar jalapeño. So worth it to go there, plus they are right on the bottom of the hill by my house. We go there so often the one girl I always see knows exactly how much pepper to put on my sandwich. which, if you're me, that's a big deal. Haha. So I went in today and ordered a soup and sammich, they gave me what was left of the soup for the regular cup price. That's awesome. I love it here.!
It's dishartening and as a business owner I would want to be made aware.
Tonight I sat at the drive through for over 5 min and when I walked in to order, the two employees seemed angry and put out at the prospect.
Blimpies is my most favorite place to eat. I go there for lunch as often as I can. I have been really disappointed in the service lately. Today I went through the drive thru and it was actually the manager that gave me the worst customer service. She seemed annoyed that I was even ordering something. I had a punch card that had a free sandwich on it. She handed me my food and then I asked for another punch card and she said rudely, "you just got a free sandwich." She was so agitated that she had to get me another card. When I opened my sandwich, it was in shambles and I had a hard time eating it. I'm so very disappointed. I always tell my co workers about this place and I think they had trouble with the service as well. I'm to the point to where I won't want to go there anymore because of the horrible customer service. It seems that there have been numerous complaints about the staff. If I were the owner, I would pay attention to reviews and act accordingly. I would hate to see the place lose customers!!
Love Blimpie, the bread is soft and fresh, the meat is cut right in front of you, and the staff is fast and friendly. My sandwich is always spot on when they make it! they have a stamp card (not some points where you get 500 and receive a cookie), double stamp days, and their prices are a little below average. If you haven't been to Blimpie in a long time give it another chance, you won't regret it.
I always have a positive experience during lunch hours.
I would be happy to remove this review, if the owner would contact me, but I'm here now and it's the second time that the evening staff has been rude and slightly belligerent. I can usually only get here by 8:30pm. Last time they had everything put away and acted like it would be an imposition to serve me (though closing time says 9pm).
