Took an hour to get our order and when they brought it to our hotel room they didn’t bring plates or even silverware to eat our pasta with. When I called they said we should have requested them. I have ordered from pizza huts in numerous states and never had to ask for them when delivering to a hotel. Now I have 4 kids trying to eat pizza without plates and not able to eat our pasta.
We ordered a lot from this location during our time in Provo, and we were never disappointed! They always delivered at or before the time the email told us, and the delivery-people were always extremely kind and gracious. And the food was always still hot!
We've been waiting for 3 hours for our food not to mention whenever I call customer service I can't hear a word they are saying and then I got put on hold for 20 minutes possibly longer I ended up hanging up. I won't be ordering here again at least through delivery, worst decision ever.
Pizza tastes great, and it fills a much-needed niche between Little Caesars and Dominoes. Probably not going to Dominoes anymore, because Pizza Hut is a much better deal.
The app was down when I tried ordering, so I went through the website and it said there would be an 80 minute wait. They sent me a confirmation email and said it would arrive at 9:20 pm (about 80 min after the ordering time). Then we waited, and tracked the pizza. The tracker only has 3 settings, so you can see when they got the order, when the pizza is baking, and when they have it out for delivery. It said out for delivery at around 9:00, so I waited by the door and checked my phone. 9:30 rolled around, and no pizza. I called the store and the girl who answered heard my question and put me on hold (turns out she was grabbing her manager, but she didn't say anything. She just stuck me on hold as soon as I was done talking). The manager told me that my order had been cancelled because the delivery guy called me and knocked on my door with no luck. My phone had zero calls, there had been no knock, and the manager offered no solution but just kept repeating that the order was cancelled. Poor customer service, and the delivery guy legit didn't even try to find my apartment. I get that it's a Saturday night, but I didn't get any contact from them (not even a cancellation email), and I'm really frustrated by his apathetic tone.
