While at a midnight event in the Utah convention center, we needed food. Mark and Garret were super helpful and nice! Love these guys for their quick and friendly service. Pizza and garlic knots were delicious!
This is probably the worst domino's service wise. First off, I tried using the app to place my order, the app didn't work so I decided to call and ask if I could get the same coupon that was on the app. They went to say that the coupon I was talking about doesn't exist and that I was confused with a different coupon. Persistent I decided to ask the manager. The manager just yelled at me, I don't know why, that they couldn't ring up my order. I suggested I order the normal price and then showed him the coupon on my phone when I went to pick it up and he told me again "I can not do that." When the coupon is clearly on the mobile app. So I called the Orem domino's and got my pizza there with no trouble. What a joke... I later called customer support about the experience I had, they told me the store was going to contact me asap but they never did...
DOMINOS IS MY PLACE. This is the pizza my friends. I used to get a pizza delivered every week. That wasn't very healthy... so now it's just whenever i want it xD all my friends, when i feel like sharing, love it. Dominic, Nathaniel, Zach, (I'm going off off spur of the moment memory here...) you guys are my pizza angels.
Also, I have had pizzas from other Dominos locations and this one has the best quality food. 10/10.
I called in an order recently because my app wasn’t working and the worker that I talked with was so great!
I wish I could give them a zero star. My food was cold when it arrived! They had us waiting forever for our pizza. I doubt I will ever order from this dominos again! The reviews are true, this place sucks. There was no rush or anything, so there is no reason as to why we had to wait that long. They need new management or something!
I have ordered from this place several times and have never once had a bad experience. I always use the app to order and my order is never wrong and never cold when it arrives.
