I got a free pizza for T-Mobile Tuesdays and it was great! It was quickly made. I received an email soon after asking for feedback and I filled it out. Papa John's called within an hour and sincerely thanked for the feedback and asked if they could do anything to make up for my just-under-100% feedback rating. Their customer service is exceptional.
Fast, friendly service and good tasting pizza. I had picked up an online order of pizza and brownies which were both good quality. The staff was friendly and the food was ready on time. Also, I saved 50% by using a coupon code from a Facebook ad so keep an eye out.

I called and placed an order on the phone for carry out, but when I arrived they didn't even have my order placed. While this is frustrating, they did do all they could to make it right and didn't even charge me for my pizza. I will definitely continue to give them my service. Pizza was great as always too.
We ordered a medium pizza over the phone and were not given a total. When we picked it up it came to $14. There was an ad on the window, "2 medium pizzas for $14" when we asked to get another pizza since we paid $14 they claimed it was only an online deal even though the ad didn't mention that (I checked the fine print).
